The co-main event of this weekend's card from New Jersey will see O'Shaquie Foster defend his WBC super featherweight title against Robson Conceicao.
It will be Conceicao's fourth shot at winning a major title and he comes into the bout having beaten Jose Ivan Guardado by TKO last month.
Champion Foster made his second title defence in February, winning a split decision over Abraham Nova thanks to a 12th-round knockdown.
