EXERCISE - 3

 1.Warm Up Jog 20 Minutes
2.Shadow Boxing

3-minute round

Rest 30 seconds

Repeat 5 times

3.Bag workout:

3-minute round on heavy bag

Repeat 3 times

3-minute round on speed bag

Repeat 3 times

4.Conditioning:

 For 3 minutes, do:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 jump squats

Rest 1 minute

Repeat 3 times

5.Finisher:

 200 sit-ups
